Anatolia in late autumn — an arched cellar where wine barrels are hidden, above them the scent of baked apples with cinnamon, stewed quince simmering in the corner, and oak trees outside turning yellow. Anatolian captures this ancient ritual: cognac, cinnamon, oak, and vanilla. Sweet, yet mature, alcoholic, yet controlled, very warm, yet not at all cloying.

The opening is warm and boozy — cognac essence settles into the heart of the composition from the very first minute, not cheap fake alcohol, but real cognac aged in an old barrel, caramel-like, cellar-like. With the first breath, it's as if someone at the next table opened an old glass. Cinnamon enters the heart — not aggressive, but warm, slightly woody, with the atmosphere of baked apple pie. Tonka adds an almondy, purring sweetness, and oak reinforces the feeling of the barrel from which the cognac came: dry, slightly smoky, a noble woody base. In the drydown, the perfume achieves its true character: praline (caramelized nuts) gives the composition a roasted, nutty warmth; vanilla a velvety depth, sandalwood a creamy woody structure. The result: a glass of cognac opened in an old library, in a dark leather armchair.
