Base notes are the foundation of the perfume – deep, warm, and longest-lasting scents. They can last all day. Typically musk, amber, sandalwood, or vanilla.
Perfume Concentrations – What Do the Numbers Mean?
The essence concentration determines the intensity and longevity of the fragrance.
Eau de Toilette (EDT) contains 5–15% essence and lasts 3–5 hours.
Eau de Parfum (EDP) contains 15–20% essence and lasts 6–8 hours.
Parfum / Extrait contains 20–30% essence and lasts 8–12 hours.

How to Apply Perfume Correctly?

Keep perfume in a cool, dark place — ideally in its original box. Avoid direct sunlight and bathrooms where temperature fluctuations occur. Properly stored perfume lasts 3–5 years.
