Refund Policy

IN GENERAL

These Terms and Conditions apply to the purchase of products and services on the website royalplatinum.se (the “Website”), operated by GoWWW AB, Ridspögatan 17, 213 77 Malmö, Company No. 559257-3710 (“GoWWW”, “we” or “our company”). The Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you as the customer and us as the seller. No changes to the Terms and Conditions are valid unless agreed in writing by both parties. By submitting an order or taking delivery of any of our products, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Only persons over the age of 18 and residing in Sweden or Norway (“customer”, “you”, “your”) may purchase on the Website.

ORDER, PRICE AND PAYMENT

All prices listed on the website are in Swedish Kronor (SEK) and include VAT. All shipping costs are clearly stated before you complete your order. To place your order, please proceed to the checkout on the website. Your order becomes binding after you have completed the payment step. An order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided shortly after your order has been placed. Unfortunately, we cannot change or cancel your order once it has been placed.

We work with Klarna (Klarna Bank AB, Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, ID number 556737-0431) for secure and hassle-free payments. When paying, you will be able to choose from various payment options offered by Klarna. When paying, Klarna may perform a credit check, which may require you to provide your personal identification number. The terms and conditions for each payment method are stated at checkout. DELIVERY

We only deliver to addresses in Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland. Delivery is made by PostNord or DHL and all shipping costs are stated before the order is confirmed. Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email with tracking information. The usual delivery time is 3-5 working days within Sweden and 3-7 days to other countries. We guarantee delivery within 30 days unless otherwise agreed.

In the event of a delay that is significant to you, you have the right to cancel your purchase free of charge. However, we are not liable for delays that are beyond our control, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

If there is visible damage to the package or product upon delivery, or if the contents do not match your order confirmation, please contact us by email as soon as possible. If the incorrect delivery is confirmed, we will send the correct product or refund the amount. The costs of return or re-delivery in such cases will be borne by us.

If you do not pick up your order, it will be sent back to us. We charge a fee of 150 SEK for this, which is deducted from the refund amount.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN OF GOODS

When purchasing from royalplatinum.se, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. If your order consists of multiple deliveries, the cancellation period begins when the last part is delivered. To exercise your right to cancel, you can notify us in writing or return the product within the specified period.

If you would like to return a product, please fill out our return form, which can be found on the website. We will then send you a QR code by email to facilitate the return process. A return shipping fee of SEK 60 will be deducted from your refund.

Products must be returned in their original packaging, undamaged. For hygiene products, the seal must be intact in order to receive a full refund. If the seal is broken, a depreciation deduction of up to 100% of the product value may be made, depending on the condition of the product.

Refunds are made using the same payment method used for purchase, unless otherwise agreed. Refunds are made within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods or proof of shipment.

We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different product, you will need to return the existing product and place a new order.

RIGHT TO COMPLAINT

As a customer, you have the right to file a product complaint within three years from the date of purchase in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. In case of a complaint, please contact our customer service and provide your order number and a description of the problem. Depending on the situation, we may offer you a repair, replacement, refund or price reduction.

Complaints must be submitted within a reasonable time after the defect was discovered. Complaints submitted within two months are always considered to have been submitted within a reasonable time. If the complaint is approved, we will send you a return label and a return form to use for returning the goods. In these cases, we are responsible for the return shipping.
